關於「能者多勞」

所謂的「能者多勞」在現代社會最可恥的用法大約有兩種：第
一種，否定它的同時，卻以能者的身份自居，並且卑鄙地用尷
尬的臉笑說自己其實沒有什麼能力；第二種，引用它的同時，
不知所云地當起彼得帕克，還以為勞苦和責任是一樣的東西。




查了一下這句話，果然又是典自莊子。說起這個最愛裝白痴的
老頭，你覺得他是字字珠璣呢，還是不過笨驢嗚鳴，大概對他
來說都不要緊。不過引用他人之語，還是得對作者負點責任才
行－－「巧者勞而知者憂，無能者無所求。飽食而遨遊，泛若
不系之舟，虛而遨遊者也。」巧者勞是莊子看到的一件事實，
而能者多勞這個成語，是這個社會引申出來的概念，我想身處
都市的我們，所見的全都只是後者。



所以，那個先說出「唉呀，反正你就能者多勞嘛！」這樣驕矜
自大的發言人，一定得向莊子道歉才是。「飽食而遨遊，泛若
不系之舟，虛而遨遊者也」重點就在這裡，你想或不想當所謂
的「虛而遨遊者」，有去思考這個問題，就算不辜負莊子了。



如果真有將莊子當白痴來看的白痴，大概也不相信浮誇紅唇能
夠吐出什麼真理，來聽聽暫且是整張The Cure《Bloodflowers》
裡頭，自己最摯愛的<Where the birds always sing>：

The world is neither fair nor unfair
The idea is just a way for us to understand
But the world is neither fair nor unfair

The others die
